Process:

• ADT 1500 – 4P: Over feeding of Core & Effect FDY/FOY individually, Air Texturing and final winding of continuous filament polyester / polyamide Air Textured Yarn.
• ADT 1500 – 8P: Drafting, Godet heating and over feeding of Core and Effect POY individually, Air Texturing, heat stabilizing after air texturing and final winding of continuous filament polyester / polyamide Air Textured Yarn.

Process Denier Range:

• ADT 1500 – 4P: 60 to 1500 denier, 4 Plied (66 to 1666 dtex) Polyester (PES), polyamide (PA) ATY yarn.
• ADT 1500 – 8P: 60 to 3000 denier, 8 Plied (66 to 3333 dtex) Polyester (PES), polyamide (PA) ATY yarn.

Feed Creel: Box type, close yarn path, ADT 1500 – 4P with 4+4, rotating package holder per position and ADT 1500 – 8P with 8+8 package holder per position

Yarn Feeding GODETS:
– Feeding Godets: ADT-1500 / 8P with 4 Nos./position Heated Godets, two each for core and effect yarn and ADT- 1500 / 4P with 2 Nos. Cold Godets, one each for core and effect yarn per position before texturing jet box.
– Delivery Godets: 2 Nos./position after texturing Jet box

Draw Heater:
– 100 mm Diameter Cold and Heated Godets for Core and Effect yarn for ADT 1500 4P and 8P respectively
– Temperature Range: Up to 150 C.

Texturing Jet Box: Enclosed Jet Box equipped with Wetting Device and connected to vapour exhaust blower (Texturing jet core and jet housing with QRC is an Optional supply)

Stabilizing Heater:
– Close Contact type twin position, Vapour Phase group heater of 1.75 meter long.
– Temperature Range: 150 C to 240 C, Applicable to ADT 1500 – 8P only.

Add on / alternate optional supply for enhancing specific ATY product quality and productivity.

Rotary Creel (R/C): Rotary creel facilitates loading the creel from either side of the creel
